يرجى الاحاطة بأنه قد ورد لجمعية المحاسبين والمراجعين الكويتية دعوة من نقابة خبراء المحاسبة المجازين في لبنان LACPA بشأن المؤتمر المذكور أعلاه والذي تنظمه النقابة بالتعاون مع الاتحاد العام للمحاسبين والمراجعين العرب AFAA والاتحاد الدولي للمحاسبين والمراجعين IFAC خلال الفترة من 22-23 أبريل 2009 .
حيث يجمع المؤتمر المهنيين من مختلف الهيئات الإقليمية والدولية لمناقشة أثر الأزمة المالية العالمية على المهنة بشكل خاص وعلى الاقتصادات العربية بشكل عام حيث يعالج مختلف القضايا المهنية ذات الصلة.
يتقسم المؤتمر إلى جزاين :
- إن النقابة تستضيف عامة تسليط الضوء على تأثيرات الأزمة الحالية على معايير المحاسبة والتدقيق والآثار المترتبة على استقرار الأسواق المالية والإقتصادات العربية والإقليمية.
- جلسات تقنية مختصة تتناول.
- قانون الإجراءات الضريبية
- مستجدات معايير المحاسبة الدولية
