In pursuance with the Resolution issued by Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor dated 08/12/1998, recall of the substitute member in the last Board elections is approved, provided that the Board shall continue with its former composition, Vice Chairman shall assume the duties and responsibilities of the Chairman, and the Board shall continue exercising its duties and responsibilities without taking any further action pending for the convention of KWAAA General Assembly and Board elections.
